SilberArrows operates through affiliated entities in the United Arab Emirates, providing vehicle sales, vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repair services, leasing solutions and related automotive services.
SilberArrows is an independent Mercedes-Benz specialist. SilberArrows is not affiliated with, authorised by, or acting on behalf of Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of all SilberArrows websites, landing pages and digital platforms, including but not limited to:

- portal.silberarrows.com/uv/showroom
Any other SilberArrows-operated domains, subdomains, landing pages or digital platforms. By accessing or using any SilberArrows website or digital platform, you agree to these Terms.
3. Website Use
Our websites are provided for general information, customer enquiries, service bookings, vehicle enquiries, leasing enquiries and related business purposes.
You agree not to:

6. Finance and Payment Illustrations

- May depend on customer eligibility, documentation, deposit, vehicle value, interest/profit rate, term and provider conditions

7. Payments
Payments may be made by bank transfer, card payment, online payment link or other approved methods.
Where payments are processed through third-party payment providers, SilberArrows is not responsible for delays, interruptions, declined payments, processing errors or technical issues caused by such third parties.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment details, reference numbers and recipient information are accurate before making payment.
A payment does not confirm a booking, vehicle purchase, leasing arrangement or service agreement unless confirmed by SilberArrows in writing.
8. Service Bookings
Service booking requests submitted through a SilberArrows website or landing page are requests only and remain subject to confirmation by SilberArrows.
A booking request does not create a binding repair agreement or guarantee immediate workshop availability.
SilberArrows may contact you to confirm the booking date, service requirements, vehicle details and any additional information required.
9. Diagnostics and Inspections
Diagnostics, inspections and assessments are based on the information available and the condition of the vehicle at the time it is inspected.
Initial findings may not identify every fault, particularly where faults are intermittent, concealed, progressive, software-related or dependent on further dismantling or testing.
Additional faults or required works may be identified after diagnostics, road testing, dismantling or repair work has commenced.
10. Repair Quotations
All repair quotations are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection or diagnosis.
A quotation may be revised if:
- Additional faults are identified
- Parts prices change
- Further labour is required
- Vehicle condition differs from initial assessment
- Supplier or manufacturer information changes
No repair work will be carried out without customer approval, unless otherwise agreed.
SilberArrows may, where appropriate, use genuine, OEM, equivalent-quality, reconditioned or refurbished parts, provided they meet SilberArrows’ quality standards and are suitable for the relevant repair.
11. Repair Timeframes and Parts Availability
Any timeframe given for diagnostics, repair, servicing, parts supply, delivery or completion is an estimate only.
Timeframes may be affected by:
- Workshop capacity
- Parts availability
- Supplier delays
- Manufacturer backorders
- Customs, logistics or shipping delays
- Additional faults identified during repair
- External events outside SilberArrows’ control
SilberArrows is not liable for delays caused by supplier, manufacturer, logistics, regulatory or third-party constraints.
12. Customer Vehicles, Storage and Collection
Customers are expected to collect their vehicles promptly once notified that the vehicle is ready for collection.
Where a vehicle remains uncollected, SilberArrows may apply reasonable storage charges after giving notice to the customer.
SilberArrows reserves the right to take reasonable steps to recover outstanding amounts, storage charges or other costs in accordance with applicable law.
13. Test Drives
Test drives are subject to SilberArrows approval and may require identity, driving licence and eligibility checks.
Customers participating in a test drive must comply with all applicable traffic laws and drive responsibly.
The customer may be responsible for fines, penalties, damage, misuse or loss arising from their conduct during a test drive, subject to applicable law and any separate test-drive documentation.
14. Leasing and Rental Enquiries
Leasing or rental enquiries submitted through SilberArrows websites are enquiries only. All leasing arrangements are subject to:
- SilberArrows approval
- Customer eligibility checks
- Required documentation
- Vehicle availability
- Formal written agreement
No leasing or rental arrangement is confirmed until the relevant agreement has been signed and all required approvals, payments and documentation have been completed.
15. Extended Warranty, ServiceCare and Related Products
Any Extended Warranty, ServiceCare, service package, maintenance plan or related product offered by SilberArrows is governed by its own specific terms and conditions.
Such products should be reviewed carefully before purchase and must be read together with any signed agreement, invoice, booklet or official SilberArrows document issued to the customer.
Warranty and Service Documentation
The latest versions of SilberArrows’ Extended Warranty and ServiceCare terms and conditions are available on our website and should be reviewed prior to purchase:
If there is any inconsistency between website content and any signed agreement, invoice, or official SilberArrows documentation relating to these products, the signed agreement or official documentation shall prevail.
16. Performance Modifications and Tuning
Performance modifications, tuning, software changes, RENNtech products, aftermarket upgrades or similar modifications may affect vehicle behaviour, manufacturer warranty, emissions compliance, insurance, reliability, resale value or legal road use.
Such work is carried out only at the customer’s request and risk, subject to SilberArrows’ approval and any applicable written terms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any modification is suitable for their intended use and complies with applicable laws, regulations and insurance requirements.
17. Recovery and Third-Party Services
Vehicle recovery, towing, finance, insurance, logistics, registration support or other third-party services may be arranged directly or through external providers.
Where SilberArrows facilitates or introduces third-party services, SilberArrows is not responsible for the performance, pricing, terms, delays, acts or omissions of those third parties.
Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
18. Marketing and Landing Pages
Certain SilberArrows websites or pages may be designed for marketing, advertising or lead-generation purposes.
Information on such pages may be simplified and should not be treated as a full statement of vehicle specification, price, availability, eligibility, warranty coverage, leasing terms or contractual terms.
Full details will be confirmed before any transaction, agreement or payment is completed.
19. Consumer Rights
These Terms operate alongside applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under UAE law.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, SilberArrows shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, business interruption or inconvenience.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
21. Force Majeure
SilberArrows shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply disruption, regulatory changes, import or shipping delays, labour disruption, severe weather, public emergencies, system failures, transportation delays or other external events.
22. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, videos, graphics, design, layout, logos, branding and other materials, belongs to SilberArrows or its licensors.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
23. Priority of Formal Agreements
These Terms apply to website use and general online interactions.
They do not replace any signed agreement, invoice, quotation, warranty document, leasing agreement, sales agreement, service agreement or other official SilberArrows document.
If there is any inconsistency between website content and a signed agreement or official SilberArrows document, the signed agreement or official document shall prevail.

SilberArrows may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the website and will apply from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
